hmm. Am I the only who thinks that M. Wells closing is the absolute BEST thing that could have happened to them?? I mean c’mon… look at all this press they have been getting. AND they have an opportunity to start over and maybe get a fresh start in some of those areas they were severely lacking (ventilation, space, customer service, etc).

The Palms, LIC →
Gothamist says that the Palms in theory felt “a little young”. However, in actuality it was full of adult hipsters clinging to their youth.
